Rosaline "Rose" Andrade,

85, of Honokaa died July 23 at home. Born in Kukaiau, she was a homemaker and member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Honokaa. Friends may call 8-10 a.m. Saturday at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Honokaa; funeral mass at 10 a.m. Casual attire. Burial at Honokaa Catholic Cemetery. Survived by husband, George Andrade of Honokaa; daughters, Evelyn (Albert) Akana of Pearl City, Oahu, Velma (Edward Sr.) Ku and Barbara (Robert Sr.) Acantilado of Honokaa; sons, Wayne (Violet) Souza of Papaaloa, Nelson (Jackie Kala'au) Andrade of Kawaihae; 14 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. Richard Bernard Vieira Toledo Sr.,
84, of Ninole died July 23 at home. Born in Hilo, he was a state meat inspector, rancher, member of the Young Men's Institute and St. Joseph Catholic Church in Hilo. Friends may call 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Monday at Dodo Mortuary Chapel; prayer service at 11:30 a.m. Casual attire. Burial at Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No. 2. Survived by wife, Julia Toledo of Ninole; daughter, Juliet Marie (John) Perreira of Honokaa; sons, Richard (Joan) Toledo Jr. and Roger (Elizabeth) Toledo of Hilo; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. Lorenzo "Inzo" A. Valera,
83, of Honokaa died July 22 at North Hawaii Community Hospital. Born in Dingras, Ilocos Norte, Puraganan, Philippines, he was a truck driver for Hamakua Sugar Co., member of the Hawaii County Band and Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Honokaa. Friends may call 5-9 p.m. Monday at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Honokaa; funeral mass at 7 p.m. Friends may also call 8-10 a.m. Tuesday at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Honokaa; prayer service at 10 a.m. Casual attire. Burial at Honokaa Catholic Cemetery. Survived by wife, Corazon Valera of Honokaa; sons, Leopoldo (Jackie) Valera of Hilo and Juan Valera of the Philippines; sister, Daloris Ruiz of the Philippines; five grandchildren, one great-grandchild; four hanai-great grandchildren; numerous nieces and one nephew.
